The consciousness of Earth and all its inhabitants is constantly changing, patient and last October saw a shift which effectively has taken off our ‘trainer wheels’. Now anything is possible, mind there are no limits. What we think is what we create and what we create affects every Being here on our beautiful planet.
Previously, recipe we had a ‘buffer’ to help us stay on track – a limit to the possibilities – and this helped us to a certain extent, however what this tapestry of support didn’t fully allow us was full freedom of choice. On Earth we have the ability to make choices in everything we do, everything we feel, everything we say and everything we think. These choices define our lives and the lives of those around us. With the removal of the tapestry now anything is possible and what we create is what will affect all.
This is an exciting and wonderful time. Think about how you want to create your world, how do you want your days to be, who’s in your world with you, what are you doing, where are you living? Anything is possible so take the time to think about this and start consciously creating. We have the power to be whatever we choose, it’s all about choice and action. Everyone can create, we just need to empower ourselves to step out and make the choices, knowing you have the ability and the power to change your world. We are not leaves floating on the breeze at the whim of the elements; nothing and nobody can make our choices for us unless we allow them to…and even that was a choice to allow it. Everything comes back to a choice we made. So think about your choices and change those that aren’t what you want for yourself. Taking responsibility for your life is very important. As mentioned, you make every choice for your life, even giving away to another the ability to make a choice started as your choice.
The ability to make wise choices usually relates to how you are feeling at the time. Your level of consciousness at any one moment directly and substantially affects your day and your life. If you are feeling fearful, angry, frustrated or sad your daily life will reflect that. Conversely, if you are feeling happy, full of love or excited this will be reflected in how your day goes and what you bring in. Our vibration – the frequency our energy field vibrates at – goes out into the ‘atmosphere’ or ‘consciousness’ along with every other thing on this planet. Those sensitive can palpably feel the effect on the global consciousness when events happen such as the sadness from Diana’s death, the fear from 9/11 or the joy when the Berlin Wall came down. At a festival you can feel the excitement; in busy city streets you can feel the stress. We feel what we and others around us put out there, as we are all connected energetically.
There has been interesting studies done on our levels of consciousness and how it affects our world. Dr David Hawkins in “Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants in Human Behaviour” calibrated emotions and put them into a sliding scale showing the effect of different emotions on the consciousness. It makes very interesting reading. A key comment coming from his studies is that one person who’s living on the level of Willingness (the gateway to the higher emotions) or Acceptance (taking responsibility) negates the energies of 90,000 people who are below the level of Courage. And when it rises to the level of Reason (Statesmen, Nobel Prize winners) one person negates 400,000 who are below Courage! There is a substantial effect on the planet and all its inhabitants when we increase our level of consciousness.
Here are some tools to assist you (and your level of consciousness) in your daily life.
- Start your day with a request to the Universe: “Please help me be a better person today” and see where that leads you.
- Do your daily energetic hygiene as you would your physical hygiene:
- Cleanse your energy field. Two simple and effective methods that can be used anytime, anywhere are:
- Filling yourself with White Light – see the bright white light inside your heart centre and ‘grow’ it out so it encompasses your whole Being. Feel how it lifts you. Repeat throughout the day.
- Use the Violet Flame to cleanse you – see a violet flame flowing throughout your body cleansing every aspect as it moves around and through you. Don’t forget your auric field.
- Cut any energetic connections to others – it doesn’t matter who to or why, just intend to see any cords, strings, attachments of any kind in your mind’s eye and ‘cut’ them however you want to. Fill yourself with pure White Light afterwards.
- Cleanse your energy field. Two simple and effective methods that can be used anytime, anywhere are:
- Do Affirmations. Keep them positive and start with “I am…” Affirmations are very powerful and a great tool. Do them with feeling i.e. come from your heart when talking to yourself, not your head space. This takes it into every cell in your body and creates you.
- Watch your thoughts. Remember that your thoughts create your world so by keeping them positive, and by not going into negative emotions, you will make a better life for yourself. You have total control of your thoughts, nobody tells you what you think, they are solely your own choice.
- Stay grounded and present. Being grounded and present allows you to enjoy so much more of your life. To create you need to be in the ‘now’, not tomorrow or yesterday.
- Focus. Focus is like a laser beam….when you give intense focus to something you create it quickly and easily. If your thoughts are scattered across a few different things then the energy is less to each of them and therefore less effective. Focus on one thing at a time.
- Mindfulness. Take time in your day for a few minutes of downtime. It may be whilst you are in the bathroom or having a coffee break. Still your mind, give it a much needed break, take some slow deep breathes and you will feel rejuvenated. Consider others and respect their opinions, even if they differ from yours. If you can’t love someone for whom they are, then at least honour their soul. They are on their path too, learning as they go, just like you.
- Gratitude. Feeling gratitude has been proven to substantially increase wellbeing. It is also a lovely energy to put out there.
- Visualise your world. Visualisation is a very powerful tool. ‘See’ yourself in the world you want to create….doing, being, receiving, feeling and living it. Great athletes visualise themselves running every step of a race, and winning, prior to physically running it, as it tells the body what is possible and thus creates it to be so.
- Take action. Thinking about what you want to create is not enough, you also have to take action. Physically do things to create your reality, no matter how small. Everything requires action to make it happen.
- Believe you can. Self belief is important. Know that you have all you need already in you to do what you came here to do, the only limitations to it is your belief patterns and maybe timing. We are powerful and can do anything!
- Remove Limitations. Look inside, find what patterns or emotions limit you and remove them. A simple tool is to visualise the limitation or emotion on a piece of paper, then place that paper in a ‘basket’ to be taken away up into the sky, or see a flame destroy it. You can physically burn it on a piece of paper too…whatever works for you. Remember we are like an onion…we have many levels, so as you remove and clear one layer there may be more that pops up. Don’t give it any emotion – for that energises it – just do the work clearing things away that aren’t for our highest good. Remember when clearing anything to always have the intent that it happens with ease and grace and for your highest good.
- And finally….be kind to yourself. Self love is extremely important. Know that you are perfect. You may have a few things to work on, but we all do and that is what being a human in all about. We are perfect Works in Progress!
It looks a lot of work, however I can assure you it’s not, and as it becomes part of your everyday life it becomes easier and just happens. It’s simple, effective and one of the best ways to improve your life and wellbeing. In our busy world we make excuses for not doing things that make our lives better. We’ll spend hours per week on exercise but forget that our inner self is far more important than the physical. Our physical body can only be as healthy as our inner self, not the other way around, so take time to create a better world for yourself…and others. It’s all about making the choice to be a better YOU.
